Skate House Sessions 6/18: Yvonnick Prene Band

Bring a blanket or a lawn chair and get ready for the sweet sounds of early summer in Meadowland Park.  We continue this new event series with the Yvonnick Prene Band, which delivers a dynamic and soulful performance, blending jazz mastery with a diverse repertoire that spans the timeless melodies of Stevie Wonder, classic jazz standards, infectious bossa nova grooves, and the raw energy of the blues.  They’ve performed at esteemed venues such as Birdland, Dizzy’s Club, and the Blue Note, as well as major festivals including the Jersey City Jazz Fest and Exit Zero Jazz Fest. This June, they are scheduled to perform at the Rochester International Jazz Festival.

Wine and beer available for purchase to those with valid ID and delicious food from the Baird Cafe.   Music begins at 6:30pm and runs approximately 90 minutes.  Skate House Sessions season is generously sponsored by Natalie Farrell realtor.
